Energy Gel Caffeine contains caffeine (30mg per gel). We do not recommended this product for children or pregnant women.

Is this product natural?
Energy Gel contains natural flavourings and no colourings or artificial sweeteners.

Is it okay to take Energy Gel and follow with water or ZERO?
You should consume gels with appropriate fluid intake to stay hydrated as is recommended whenever you take part in sports activity. You can use ZERO instead of water.

Which HIGH5 gel to choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua?
There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it’s simply down to personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency – somewhere between a drink and a gel. Whereas Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities.

Is Energy Gel drug free/free from banned substances?
The main manufacturing site for HIGH5 products, where we make our gels and powders, is Informed Sport certified. We do not use banned ingredients in HIGH5 products and have a 100% proven track record: no athlete has ever tested positive from using a HIGH5 product.
