The 2mm thickness increase, resulting from the incorporation of Enerzy foam, renders the midsole softer and more responsive, delivering optimal cushioning and energy return during runs of all distances. The Inspire 19 includes a higher volume of recycled and plant-based components than its predecessors, reflecting Mizuno’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
